Sound Healing is an audio experience of guided imageries, music, mantra, and nature sounds created to ground the listener. What you will hear is a collection of pieces that take on new context in the various spaces you hear them. These pieces can be experienced in your personal practice of meditation, relaxation, massage, rest , prayer and reflection.
